Defendant Raymond E. Dirgo was found guilty by a jury of the crime of robbery and was sentenced to a term of 3 years in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. He has appealed, making the following assignments of error: (1) The evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to support the verdict and hence his motion for a directed verdict should have been granted.
