HARRIS, Judge.

Daniels was convicted of robbery and sentenced to 15 years in the penitentiary. He was represented by retained counsel and at arraignment he pleaded not guilty. After conviction and sentence he gave notice of appeal and petitioned the Court for a free transcript and the appointment of counsel. He was found to be indigent and he was furnished a free transcript and trial counsel was appointed to represent him on appeal.
