DUNCAN, Judge.

The defendant, Henry Cole, Jr., was convicted of assault with intent to commit robbery by the use of a deadly weapon and received a penitentiary sentence of not less than 8 years nor more than 20 years. (T.C.A. § 39-607). He was also convicted of employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, for which offense he received a penitentiary sentence of not less than 1 year...
