This is an appeal from a decree of the Smith County Court of Domestic Relations terminating the parent-child relationship.

Appellee, Kelly Spratlan, instituted suit against appellant, Pamela Jean Pattison, to terminate the parent-child relationship between appellant and her minor children pursuant to Sec. 15.02(I), Texas Family Code.
