LEMMON, Judge.

This suit for damages is based upon an accident which occurred when a concrete cover of a utility vault, located in the sidewalk in front of plaintiff's apartment, collapsed and caused plaintiff's foot to fall through into the vault below. The jury found that Gregory Salisbury Metal Products, Inc. (GS), who manufactured the vault and cover, was liable for the accident and that Louisiana Power & Light Company...
