Plaintiff Howard W. Abbott appeals from a judgment of the trial court which affirmed the findings of fact and conclusions of law determined by the Civil Service Commission of the City of St. Louis. This decision held Abbott was ineligible for the position of Correctional Manager of the St. Louis City Jail. We affirm.
