Respondents shall recover of appellant $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal. On April 3, 1975, appellant obtained judgment against Transport Express, Inc. ("Transport"), for over $20,000. Pursuant to the judgment, appellant issued an execution and, on May 15, 1975, the Sheriff levied on the moneys payable to Transport by Aileen, Inc., and by Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
