BOYER, Chief Judge.
In appealing the order of the Circuit Court directing a verdict in favor of appellee, appellant raises the following question: Must a response to a request for admission made pursuant to Rule 1.370, RCP, be signed and sworn to by the responding party, or is the unsworn signature of the responding party's attorney sufficient?
