Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Farmers Mutual" or as "Insurance Company," appeals from a judgment rendered against it in the District Court for Scotts Bluff County in an action brought by the plaintiff, Delmer Zweygardt, on a fire insurance policy issued by Farmers Mutual, to recover the fair and reasonable value of an insured dwelling house completely destroyed by fire.
