As a result of an automobile accident, suit was instituted by Gerald Averett, plaintiff-appellee, against George Alexander, Jr., and defendant-appellant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, claiming recovery against State Farm based on the uninsured motorist coverage of a policy of automobile insurance issued by State Farm to plaintiff-appellee.
