We find no merit in defendant's contention that the trial judge committed prejudicial error by directing defense counsel in the presence of the jury to refer to his client as defendant or as Michael Cousins rather than Michael. Obviously the trial judge's admonition to defense counsel was made in order to preserve the trial judge's conception of dignity and decorum in the courtroom.
