(IFC), its parent, Investors Funding Corp. of New York, and 32 other subsidiaries of the parent, under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 501 et seq., pursuant to petitions filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on October 21 and 30, 1974.
