This is an action on a group major medical expense policy to recover the cost of nursing care provided to plaintiff's wife by a licensed practical nurse. Plaintiff, husband of the recipient of the nursing care, obtained a verdict for $3,150.00. The judgment was affirmed on appeal by the Missouri Court of Appeals, St. Louis District.
