Plaintiff instituted this suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, against two residents of Pennsylvania and six residents of Delaware. Asserting diversity of citizenship, defendants removed to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
