The plaintiff, Ronald L. Robinson, owns a thirty-acre parcel of land located in the town of Kennebunk, Maine. This land is situated in a Farm and Forest District as established by the Kennebunk Zoning Ordinance. At some time prior to December, 1972 Mr. Robinson developed a plan to use the parcel as a camping ground for transient camping vehicles and tenting, a use he believed was specifically within the Farm and Forest Districts.
