This is a Family Court petition alleging the respondent, Stephen Michael Wilkinson, to be a delinquent child, in that, he received stolen goods in violation of G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 11-41-2. The respondent was tried without a jury in the Family Court, found to be a delinquent child, and sentenced to a term of six months in the Adult Correctional Institutions.
