These are consolidated appeals by Garry DeYoung and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. The Department of Human Rights filed a complaint against the Minnesota Department of Highways on behalf of DeYoung alleging that DeYoung's employment with the Department of Highways had been suspended and terminated because of religious discrimination.
