FOGLEMAN, Justice.

The sole point for reversal raised by appellants in this, the third appeal in the case,1 is the failure of the court to instruct the jury, upon appellants' timely request, that it could not return a verdict based upon speculation and conjecture. We find no merit in this point and affirm.

The case is one in eminent domain. The question of just compensation actually turned upon the jury's consideration of expert...
