This is an action brought by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) pursuant to the Solicitation of Charitable Funds Act1 (Act) to obtain equitable and other relief against The Fraternal Order of Police, Fort-Pitt Lodge No. 1 (F.O.P.) and against soliciting contributions in its behalf.
