This suit is an action for enforcement of an arbitration award made pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act. Plaintiff alleges that she was improperly denied the opportunity to return to work from a pregnancy leave of absence. Plaintiff attempted to return to work on January 14, 1974, but she was denied work until April 8, 1974...
