Defendant assigns as error the denial of motions for nonsuit contending that there was insufficient evidence for the case to go to the jury.

In considering a motion for judgment of nonsuit, the question before the court is whether there is reasonable basis upon which the jury might find that the offense charged has been committed and that the defendant is the perpetrator or one of the perpetrators of it. State v. Price,
