Randall Irwin Henderson was charged with the second-degree assault of a police officer. RCW 9.11.020(6).1 At the close of the State's case to a jury, the trial judge granted Henderson's motion to dismiss the charge on the ground of insufficient evidence. The State appeals as authorized by CAROA 14(8)(5).2
