Upon application of Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez A. Brown, Sr. to this court for remedial writs and a stay order, we granted an order staying the sale of their property seized under a writ of fieri facias following a default judgment rendered against them. Relators contended that the execution of this judgment by the judgment creditor (Nassau) was premature in that the delay for a suspensive appeal therefrom had not elapsed.
