Patricia A. Shores was charged by bill of information with theft of flowers valued at $41.20, in violation of La.R.S. 14:67. After trial by a judge, she was found guilty as charged and was thereafter sentenced to pay a fine of $250.00 and costs and to four months' imprisonment, and in default of payment of the fine to serve an additional sixty days in parish prison.
