This is an appeal from a decree in an action for declaratory judgment by which plaintiff was adjudged to be entitled to pension benefits in accordance with a contract plan administered by a pension committee. Plaintiff was further adjudged to be entitled to health, accident and life insurance benefits in accordance with the terms of said plan.
