In a first amended information defendant Juan Loya Salas was charged with robbery of Guadalupe Garcia Escobar in violation of section 211 of the Penal Code. It was also alleged that defendant committed the offense with intent to inflict injury, and that he inflicted great bodily injury on the victim. (See Pen. Code, § 213.)
