This is a petition for review of an order by the District of Columbia Commission of Human Rights (Commission) entered after a hearing and upon a finding of discrimination in employment on the basis of sex by the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (CWA). The order (1) awards CWA's former female employee, one Marshall, some $7,600 in back wages, $7,500 for loss of promotional opportunity, retaliation...
