Defendant was charged with criminal solicitation (for prostitution) in the third degree, 11 Del.C. § 501, conspiracy (to commit prostitution) in the second degree, 11 Del.C. § 512, and with promoting prostitution in the second degree, 11 Del.C. § 1352.
