The matter before me now is based on the motion of the defendant, Greyhound Lines, Inc. (Greyhound) to dismiss the complaint filed by the plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Jurisdiction is founded in § 706(f)(1), (3) and (g) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
