This is an appeal from the report of the grievance commission in an attorney disciplinary proceeding. The commission recommended that respondent Leslie C. Roberts be disbarred for having willfully failed to file federal and state income tax returns for nine years. Respondent admits the tax violations but challenges the commission's procedure and recommendation. We hold respondent's license to practice law shall be suspended and shall not be reinstated...
