Appellants, hereinafter referred to as Barnes and Soleng, were defendants in a suit instituted by appellees, hereinafter referred to as Lopez, for damages for fraud arising out of a real estate transaction. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of Lopez against Soleng and Barnes in the amount of $16,600.00. The cross-claims of each defendant against the other...
