Isaac R. Pagarigan brought this action against Phillips Petroleum Company and Rudolph Keierleber for injuries he received when an automobile fell from a hoist in the lubrication room of an automobile service station. A jury awarded Pagarigan $64,300 in damages. Both Phillips and Keierleber appeal.
