OPINION

KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of grand theft by false pretenses in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-661(A)(3) and 13-663(A). Eight prior convictions were proved pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1649. The trial court denied appellant's motion for judgment of acquittal and thereafter sentenced him to a term of ten to twenty years in the state prison. Appellant moved to vacate the judgment.
