This matter arises out of a pending medical malpractice damage suit in the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Lafayette. While suit was pending, plaintiff gave notice to take the depositions of Drs. Robert Ranson, Lawrence L. Swan and Howard B. Burch.
