This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant's second Post Conviction Hearing Act1 petition without a hearing. The case is a procedural labyrinth. On September 6, 1974, appellant, after a jury trial, was found guilty of assault and battery with intent to rob, armed robbery, and robbery with an accomplice.
