The defendant, James Baylor, Director of the Illinois Department of Insurance, revoked the individual insurance broker's license and the agent's license of the plaintiff, Raymond B. Patchett, and also revoked the firm license held by K.W. Patchett & Son Agency, of which the plaintiff is the only designated member. The ground for the license revocation was the violation by the plaintiff...
