The appellant, James E. Henderson, brings this appeal from a judgment entered in favor of appellees on cross-motions for summary judgment. The judgment quieted title to certain real property in appellees and decreed that appellant had no interest in the property under a Sheriff's Deed. Appellee, Juan L.
