The defendant Wilton planning and zoning commission approved the application of the defendant Wilton board of education for a special permit "to allow the storage of school buses, construction of a maintenance facility, installation of fuel storage tanks and pumps and other related features" on six acres of land which is part of a tract owned by the town of Wilton.
