Plaintiff appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial. His action was brought in the District Court of Ramsey County to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision occurring at the intersection of Maryland Avenue and Kent Street in the city of St. Paul on October 6, 1973.
