The objector, Piper's Alley Corporation, owner of an improved parcel of real estate in Chicago, requested the Assessor to sever a portion of the parcel and divide the severed portion into two separate parcels. Complying with this request, the Assessor carved out two separate parcels and assigned each an index number, referred to for convenience in this opinion as 061 and 062. Parcel 062...
