Albert H. Davis, late of Montgomery County, departed this life on January 19, 1973. Mr. Davis left a widow, three natural children by a prior marriage, an adopted son who is the natural child of Mr. Davis's widow, an estate valued in excess of $400,000, and a will executed thirty-two months prior to his death and prior to the adoption decree.
