This is an appeal by certain neighboring property owners from a judgment of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans affirming a decision of the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of New Orleans which granted some five variances from the requirements of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of New Orleans for proposed construction of a high rise apartment complex incorporating some commercial use on a square of property.
