On October 23, 1974, this court affirmed a judgment in favor of petitioners by memorandum decision in the case of Alfaro v. Quiroz (No. 2 CA-CIV 1616). Review was denied by the Arizona Supreme Court on January 21, 1975, and our mandate issued on January 28, 1975.
