Defendant Standsberry was indicted by a Yuma County grand jury in 1975 for first degree arson involving one of his insured rental properties. After an evidentiary hearing, the superior court suppressed the testimony of the Deputy State Fire Marshal who, after being requested to assist in the investigation by the Yuma Police Department, discovered evidence of arson in connection with the fire...
