SPENCER, Justice.

Defendant pled guilty to a charge of violation of probation. He was given an indeterminate sentence of 18 months to 3 years imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. He prosecutes this appeal, alleging the sentence imposed was excessive. We affirm.
