The defendant raises several questions for our consideration.

1. Did the court err in admitting into evidence a photograph of the deceased, as well as some articles of clothing worn at the time of the homicide?

The defendant contends that he did not contest the cause of death and did not deny that he pulled the trigger of the shotgun. He argues that since he did not controvert the killing, then the photographs and clothing were admitted...
