The plaintiffs brought this action claiming damages alleged to have been caused to them by what they pleaded was the negligence of the defendant attorney in representing them in a civil suit arising out of a motor vehicle accident. The defendant answered by a denial of the essential allegations of the plaintiffs' complaint and by way of a special defense. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant.
