Defendants, James Crotty and Walter Racinowski, were indicted for the offense of armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 38, par. 18-2). Crotty was also indicted for the offense of unlawful use of weapons (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 38, par. 24-1(a-4). Both defendants were tried together, and a jury found them guilty on all counts.
