This is an appeal from an order granting a motion to dismiss.

According to the complaint, Mary Allbright was injured when an automobile owned by Sharon Hanft and driven with her permission by Larry Lancaster negligently ran into Ms. Allbright's home in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
