This is a suit for the rescission of the sale of an all-terrain pleasure vehicle. The plaintiff, Robert V. Palmer, purchased the vehicle from defendant, Anchor Marine, Inc.; the vehicle was manufactured by the other defendant, ATV Manufacturing Company.
